True spirituality is not religious performance — it is the consistent alignment of your soul and body with a Holy Spirit-empowered spirit.

Every believer desires to see God move through them — healing the sick, delivering the captive, discerning the hidden. Yet most Christians do not understand why some can get results and others cannot. The answer is not more effort or more emotion. It is understanding how to give your spirit the ground it needs to manifest the power of God in the physical world.

Teaching Overview

  1. God is Spirit and only interacts with spirits — for anything supernatural to happen on earth, God needs a man whose spirit is alive and properly positioned.
  2. Spirituality and religion may look identical on the surface, but spirituality consists of Holy Spirit-inspired routines that draw you closer to God, while religion consists of man-made routines that lead you away from Him.
  3. Your soul and body must be aligned with your born-again spirit in order for your spirit to break through and express itself in the physical world.
  4. Your lifestyle positions you either as a vessel for the Spirit of God or for demonic spirits — both God and demons seek specific people whose conditions are conducive to their expression.
  5. Consistent, spiritually-discerned routines — like Daniel's three-times-daily prayer — are the missing ingredients that give your spirit regular ground to manifest.

Giving Ground to Your Spirit

  • Giving ground to your spirit means giving your spirit the ability to express itself in the physical world.
  • The conditions you set and the life you live can quench the spirit, preventing it from finding a way to express itself.
  • God is Spirit and will only interact with spirits — if God wants to do anything supernatural on earth, He needs a man, and if that man is dull in spirit, God cannot use him.

"God is spirit and God will only interact with spirits. If God wants to do anything supernatural on the earth, he needs a man, and if that man is dull in spirit, that man cannot be used by God."

Why Results Differ Among Believers

  • Wanting someone to be healed or delivered does not mean you have the ability to accomplish it through prayer — results depend on understanding how to set the right conditions for your spirit.
  • Where the presence of the Lord is, there is liberty — successful worship alone should be enough to get people delivered and healed.
  • Those who carry spiritual gifts have learned to set conditions for their own spirit so they can manifest that gift at will, independent of waiting for a general atmosphere of God's presence.

"Why is it that others can get results and others cannot? This is simply because you don't understand how to set the right conditions for your spirit."

"Where the presence of the Lord is, there is liberty. The presence of God is the presence of liberty. You cannot be free outside of the presence of God."

Controlling Your Spirit Through Atmosphere

  • The prophecy that flows through a spiritual person does not originate from the mind or thoughts — it comes from the Holy Spirit placed within the human spirit.
  • Specific songs, music, and environments can motivate your spirit to manifest — understanding what activates your gift allows you to create conditions for greater expression.
  • Even the Prophet Samuel requested a musician before prophesying — setting an atmosphere for the spirit is a biblical and consistent practice among God's servants.

"When I am prophesying, I am prophesying because I know how to control my spirit. The prophecy is not coming from my mind. It is not coming from my thoughts. It is coming from the Holy Spirit who put it inside of my spirit."

"I have learnt to set an atmosphere for my own spirit."

Unbelief and Spiritual Quenching

  • Unbelief does not stop God from acting, but it frustrates His spirit — God desires to be believed and will do even more where He is believed.
  • Jesus Himself could do no miracles in His hometown because the atmosphere of unbelief quenched the spirit — the conditions of a place directly affect what God can manifest through it.
  • Your spirit operates with what can be called phone knowledge — it recognises people and places that do not align with your destiny and warns you before your mind can reason it through.

"Unbelief does not stop God, but it frustrates His spirit. God wants to be believed."

True Christianity Is Spiritual, Not Religious

  • Christianity is not a religious act — it is a spiritual life governed by protocols and principles that permit you to remain in the spirit.
  • To be a Christian does not automatically mean you can receive something from God — only a spiritual Christian, one who works with the Holy Spirit, can receive from God.
  • If you are a Christian who does not believe in healing, deliverance, redemption, and forgiveness, you are not functioning as a true Christian — these are exactly what Jesus came to do and to empower believers to do.

"To work with Jesus is not a religious act. It is a spiritual life. Christianity is a spiritual work and you cannot walk spiritually unless you know the protocols. The principles that permit you to remain in the spirit."

"If you claim you love Jesus, but you cannot manifest or do any of these things, then you are not part of Him. You are not a Christian, you are pretending to be Christian."

Religion Versus Spirituality

  • Religion is man-made routines inspired by demons that lead you away from God and away from the finished work of the cross, toward works of self that cannot justify you before God.
  • Spirituality, by contrast, consists of consistent routines inspired by the Holy Spirit to draw you closer to God — it may appear identical to religion on the surface, but the outcome and intention are completely different.
  • A religious person reads Scripture to justify themselves and find tricks; a spiritual person reads Scripture and is taught and transformed by the Holy Spirit.

"Religion is man-made routines inspired by demons that leads you away from God."

"To be spiritual according to God, is to have routines that are consistent inspired by the Holy Spirit in order to draw you closer to God. It is exactly the same, but the outcome and the intention is different."

Soul, Body, and Spirit Alignment

  • The spirit of man is already in the spiritual world — but it is seeking to express itself in the physical world, not the spiritual world.
  • If the soul and body are not positioned correctly, your spirit cannot break through into the physical world.
  • Just as God seeks specific people whose conditions are conducive to His expression, demons also seek people whose lifestyles have positioned them as ready vessels — your lifestyle determines which spirit can most easily manifest through you.

"The Spirit of man is already in the spiritual world, but it is trying to express itself in the physical world."

"Demons walk on the earth, but they can only express themselves through specific people. Your lifestyle can be conducive to manifest a spirit, either the spirit of God or demonic spirits."

The Missing Ingredients: Consistent Spiritual Routines

  • A sorcerer like Balaam could hear God speak while a born-again, cleansed believer cannot — this represents a catastrophic failure of spiritual positioning among those who carry the name of Christ.
  • God is not unclear in His communication — the problem is not with God's clarity but with the believer's positioning and receptivity, since all of creation obeys God without confusion.
  • Daniel's routine of praying three times daily at consistent times is a biblical model of giving your spirit regular ground — consistently submitting soul and body to the spirit through an intentional, Holy Spirit-inspired schedule.

"A wizard could hear God. You are born again, cleanse, purified by the blood of Jesus. God is calling you. You can't hear him."

"Daniel developed a prayer routine. Three times a day he will pray."

Key Definitions

Giving ground to the spirit — Giving your spirit the ability to express itself in the physical world by setting the right conditions through your lifestyle and intentional routines.

Spirituality — Consistent routines inspired by the Holy Spirit in order to draw you closer to God; not free-flowing spontaneity, but disciplined alignment with the Holy Spirit's leading.

Religion — Man-made routines inspired by demons that lead you away from God and the finished work of the cross, toward works of self intended to justify you before God.

Spiritual Christian — A believer who works with the Holy Spirit and is therefore able to receive from God, discern His voice, and manifest healing, deliverance, and transformation.

Quenching the spirit — The act of suppressing or frustrating the expression of the Holy Spirit through conditions of unbelief, misaligned lifestyle, or wrong atmosphere.

Phone knowledge — Prophet Lovy's term for the innate discernment within a person's spirit that recognises, without rational explanation, whether a person or place aligns with their God-given destiny.

Key Takeaways

  • God is Spirit and only interacts with spirits — If your spirit is dull and unpositioned, God cannot use you, no matter how sincere your desire is to serve Him.
  • Spirituality and religion are not the same thing — Identical outward practices produce radically different outcomes depending on whether they are inspired by the Holy Spirit or by human self-justification.
  • Your soul and body must be aligned with your spirit — The spirit cannot break through into the physical world if the soul and body are not consistently positioned to yield to it.
  • Your lifestyle positions you as a vessel for one spirit or another — Both God and demonic spirits seek people whose conditions already match their nature; what you cultivate determines who can flow through you.
  • Consistent Holy Spirit-inspired routines are the missing ingredient — Spiritual results are not random; they come from understanding how to set regular, discerned conditions that give your spirit the ground to manifest.

Reflection Questions

  1. Are the spiritual practices in your life — prayer, Bible reading, worship — inspired by the Holy Spirit, or are they routines you perform to feel justified before God? How would you know the difference?
  2. What specific conditions, atmospheres, or environments cause your spirit to feel alive and activated? Have you been intentional about creating those conditions, or have you left your spiritual expression to chance?
  3. If a sorcerer like Balaam could hear God clearly while you struggle to, what does that reveal about the spiritual conditions of your life — and what needs to change?
  4. In what areas of your life has your lifestyle been positioning you as a vessel for something other than the Spirit of God? What specific adjustment is the Holy Spirit asking you to make?
  5. Daniel prayed three times a day without fail — not out of religion but out of a disciplined spiritual routine. What would a consistent, Holy Spirit-inspired daily routine look like for you, and what is preventing you from establishing it?

Prayers and Declarations

Opening Declaration Against Evil

"Demons are real but Jesus is even more real. In the name of Jesus, never return. You're going to live for Jesus, okay?"

Say this after Prophet Lovy:

"Today I let go! Of hurts! Of the past! Of relationships! I am okay with it Lord. I am okay with it. You know better. You know better. I profess success and more success. I will see increase upon increase. I will see elevation upon elevation. I will see acceleration upon acceleration. In the name of Jesus."
