Chaos in the Spirit Pt. 2: Light Dispels Darkness and Determines Spiritual Authority

Pesan Inti

The spiritual realm is divided into two kingdoms—light and darkness—and Jesus brings the kingdom of light which dispels darkness and establishes order, with one's spiritual authority and effectiveness directly determined by how much light one accumulates through listening to those sent by God.

Ayat Kunci

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. — John 1:1-4 (KJV)

3 Poin Utama

1. The spiritual realm exists in fundamental chaos because it is fallen, but Jesus brings the kingdom of light which dispels darkness and brings order wherever it is present.
2. Receiving the Holy Spirit does not automatically mean one has received light; light comes through understanding and living out God's truth by listening to those sent by God who carry His revelation.
3. Spiritual authority in prophecy, deliverance, healing, and all ministry is directly measured by the amount of light one possesses, which is accumulated through extended engagement with deep spiritual teaching and truth.

Fokus Doa

Ask God to increase your capacity to receive and accumulate His light through listening to His truth, and to help you identify and bring light to the dark places in your life and spiritual territory.
