THE LANGUAGE OF THE SPIRIT MAN

THE LANGUAGE OF THE SPIRIT MAN

Teaching by Prophet Lovy L. Elias · Watch on YouTube · 7 December 2024

Learn to speak prophetically rather than prayerfully to access the dominion authority God deposited in humanity.

The spirit of man possesses a divine language distinct from human speech and prayer—the language of prophecy. This is not mere positive confession or encouraging words, but spiritually empowered utterance that creates and transforms circumstances immediately. By learning to speak prophetically, believers access the authority God placed within humanity to release life and change situations without waiting for divine intervention.

Teaching Overview

  1. The spirit of man has a language distinct from the languages of men, angels, and God—that language is prophecy, the native tongue through which the spirit operates.

  2. Prayer communicates with God and charges the spirit; prophecy releases what God has already deposited within you to change circumstances and create manifestation.

  3. Encouraging words, motivational words, positive speaking, and good words are not spiritual words—only words empowered by the spirit to give life carry the power to transform situations.

  4. Man was created in God's image with dominion authority; Adam exercised this dominion not through physical strength but through the spoken word from his mouth.

  5. God's method of deliverance is not performing miracles Himself but raising up a prophet to speak on His behalf—the only way God changes things is by His word spoken through a human vessel.

  6. When you begin to prophesy to dead situations and command circumstances rather than pray about them, division occurs—people are offended and removed from your life because spiritual words offend the soul.

The Spirit Man and His Language

  • The spirit of man resides in the belly, not the head, chest, or heart—this is why fasting sharpens the spirit by removing the stomach from dominance.

  • Everything created—men, angels, God—possesses a language; if angels have a language and God has a language, the spirit of man must have a language that must be learned and mastered.

  • The native language of your spirit is not prayer but prophecy—prophecy is the divinely empowered utterance through which the spirit operates and creates.

"If you learn what I am telling you today, there is no miracle that God wouldn't do through you."

Prayer as Reception, Prophecy as Release

  • Prayer is the ability to pull from God and receive what God puts in you; prophecy is the utterance that releases what God has already deposited so things change.

  • When God answers prayer, He deposits the answer within the spirit of man—it is the response and speaking of the spirit man that determines whether you see a miracle, open door, elevation, or transformation.

  • God's method of deliverance is not performing miracles Himself but raising up a prophet to speak on His behalf; the only way God changes things is by His word spoken through a human vessel.

"Prayer is where you get charged up. Prophecy is when you release what God has put in you."

Spiritual Words Versus All Other Words

  • Encouraging words are not spiritual words; motivational words are not spiritual words; good words are not divine words—positive speaking improves the mind but does not change anyone's situation.

  • Spiritual words offend people; they do not attack people—there is a big difference between offensive words that carry divine power and attacking words that assault persons.

  • Every word Jesus spoke was life-giving because His words were spirit and life; the problem is that most believers lack spiritual words and therefore lack the power to manifest what God has deposited in them.

"Encouraging words are not spiritual words. Motivational words are not spiritual words. Confronting words are not spiritual words. Good words are not divine words."

The Design of Man's Authority

  • Man was created in God's image with dominion; everything Adam did in the garden was not physical but by his mouth—Adam's instrument was the spoken word.

  • When God cursed Adam, He said "by the sweat of your brows," which was the first time Adam was downgraded from using his mouth to using physical strength; this reveals that dominion was always meant to operate through speech.

  • Man was designed to represent God on earth and stand in the office of God; if you see a situation and have the authority, you change it immediately by speaking—you only pray if you do not have it.

"Everything Adam did was not physically—it was by his mouth."

Prophetic Language Creates Reality

  • The spirit was designed to give life, multiply things, and take charge through its language—prophecy is not merely speaking someone's name but speaking to dead situations so they receive life and change.

  • Prophecy is sight beyond your condition; when you prophesy to a situation, you push it to the future, declaring what is not yet seen as though it already exists and is coming forth.

  • The only weapon Moses had was his mouth—he spoke to the sea, spoke bread to fall from heaven, spoke quail, spoke to locusts, spoke to the sun and moon; the deliverance of Israel was not by prayer but by prophecy.

"Prophecy is sight beyond your condition."

Sons Empowered to Act

  • There are two kinds of people: those waiting for God to intervene (not bad, but incomplete) and sons who are empowered to act on God's behalf without waiting for divine permission.

  • When you are a son, you execute your father's business without asking permission; God gave you the office and authority to stand in His place on earth, yet most believers have left everything up to God and quenched their own spirit.

  • Your enemies and difficult situations are there to force what is inside you to come forth; if you are suffering, it is your fault—not God's, not your neighbor's, not your enemy's—because God already gave you the answer and deposited it in your spirit.

"You're suffering now and it's your fault."

Commands, Not Prayers, in Manifestation

  • Jesus did not pray against mountains; He commanded mountains to move—Jesus did not pray against the storm; He rebuked the wind and the waves.

  • When demons manifest, you do not pray for them to leave; you command them to leave because prayer charges you with God's power and commands release what you have been charged with.

  • When you want to release healing, you push the person to the future by declaring "rise up and walk"—you are not asking God; you are executing the authority He has already given you.

"The deliverance of the children of Israel was not by prayer. It was by prophecy."

Key Definitions

Prophecy — A divinely empowered utterance that creates and changes circumstances; the native language of the spirit man through which dominion and authority are exercised to manifest what God has deposited within a person.

Spiritual words — Words that are spirit and life; utterances that carry the power to give life, heal, deliver, and transform situations immediately; distinguished from encouraging, motivational, positive, or good words which improve the mind but do not change circumstances.

The language of the spirit — The divinely designed communication system of the spirit man; prophecy—not prayer—which operates through spoken declaration to create reality, multiply blessing, and exercise dominion authority.

Dominion — The authority God deposited in man at creation to represent God on earth and change circumstances by spoken word; not delegated power requiring permission, but inherent authority to act on God's behalf.

Spirit quickening — The life-giving power of the spirit; the animating force that makes alive; it is the spirit that quickeneth, not the flesh, and spiritual words carry this quickening power.

Prophetic sight — Vision that sees beyond present circumstances to the future; the ability to see what is not yet manifest and declare it as though it already exists, pulling it from the future into present reality.

Key Takeaways

  • The spirit of man has a native language: prophecy — Learning to speak prophetically rather than prayerfully unlocks the dominion authority God placed within you at creation, allowing immediate manifestation without waiting for God to intervene.

  • Prayer receives; prophecy releases — Prayer charges you with God's power by pulling from Him; prophecy releases what God has already deposited in your spirit to change circumstances through spoken declaration.

  • Spiritual words offend; good words do not change situations — Only spiritually empowered utterance carries the power to heal, deliver, and transform; encouraging words, positive speaking, and good vibes improve the mind but cannot manifest divine purposes.

  • You are responsible for your own deliverance — God has already given you the answer and deposited it in your spirit; suffering results from your failure to speak prophetically and exercise the dominion authority you have been given, not from witchcraft or enemies.

  • Commands manifest; prayers petition — Jesus commanded mountains, rebuked storms, and spoke life; He did not pray for demons to leave or ask God to act—He executed authority through spoken word, and you are designed to do the same.

  • Division comes when you operate in spiritual power — When you begin to speak prophetically and operate in dominion authority, people will be offended and removed from your life because the soul cannot receive spiritual language without offense.

Reflection Questions

  1. Where in your life are you still praying about situations when God has already given you the answer and authority to speak to them and change them?

  2. What would change if you stopped asking God to intervene and started commanding your circumstances, finances, health, and relationships to align with the word of God?

  3. Which people in your life have been offended when you began to speak with spiritual authority rather than uncertainty, and what does that reveal about whether you are truly operating in prophetic power?

  4. How has positive speaking and good words affected your circumstances so far—have they actually changed anything, or have they only made you feel better while your situation remains the same?

  5. What specific situation in your life is calling you this week to move from prayer into prophecy—to stand up and declare what God has promised rather than ask Him to perform it?

Prayers and Declarations

Opening Prayer

"Holy Father, we thank you. My God, we adore you. We thank you for your grace and your mercy. We thank you for the breath of life that has permitted us to be in your presence. Our Father and our God, we pray that you sanctify us and purify us as we stand in your presence. Father, reveal your face unto us. Up us today all Lord to stand on the solid ground that is your son Jesus. Direct our path, reveal your glory and your might to us today. Father we thank you that you never change. We thank you that today, Father, miracles, signs and wonders will follow your people. We thank you that every tear will be wiped away today. We thank you that every sorrow will be taken away. We thank you that every heaviness will be eradicated from your people and that Lord, your goodness and your kindness will shine forth from us even unto the world that they may know you, that you are the Father of our Lord Jesus and your good God. Father, we thank you for what has already happened today. Glory, fire yourself now in the mighty name of Jesus."

Prophetic Declaration Over the Congregation

  • 1 Corinthians 13:1-2 — "Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing." (KJV)

  • John 6:53-65 — "Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever. These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum. Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it? When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you? What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before? It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him. And he said, Therefore said I unto you, That no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him." (KJV)

And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God: And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him." And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord God, thou knowest. • Daniel 2:1-19 — "And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him. Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king. And the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream, and my spirit was troubled to know the dream. Then spake the Chaldeans to the king in Syriack, O king, live for ever: tell thy servants the dream, and we will shew the interpretation. The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The thing is gone from me: if ye will not make known unto me the dream, with the interpretation thereof, ye shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made a dunghill. But if ye shew the dream, and the interpretation thereof, ye shall receive of me gifts and rewards and great honour: therefore shew me the dream, and the interpretation thereof. They answered again and said, Let the king tell his servants the dream, and we will shew the interpretation of it. The king answered and said, I know of certainty that ye would gain the time, because ye see the thing is gone from me. But if ye will not make known unto me the dream, there is but one decree for you: for ye have prepared lying and corrupt words to speak before me, till the time be changed: therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye can shew me the interpretation thereof. The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth that can shew the king's matter: therefore there is no king, lord, nor ruler, that asked such things at any magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean. And it is a rare thing that the king requireth, and there is none other that can shew it before the king, except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh. For this cause the king was angry and very furious, and commanded to destroy all the wise men of Babylon. And the decree went forth that the wise men should be slain; and they sought Daniel and his fellows to be slain. Then Daniel answered with counsel and wisdom to Arioch the captain of the king's guard, which was gone forth to slay the wise men of Babylon; He answered and said to Arioch the king's captain, Why is the decree so hasty from the king? Then Arioch made the thing known to Daniel. Then Daniel went in, and desired of the king that he would give him time, and that he would shew the king the interpretation. Then Daniel went to his house, and made the thing known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions; That they would desire mercies of the God of heaven concerning this secret; that Daniel and his fellows should not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon. Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven." (KJV)
