The Prophet's Reward: Receiving the Anointing That Removes Limitation and Multiplies Your Blessing
The Prophetic Blessing · Part 2 of 2
When you receive a true prophet of God, you receive not just a person — you receive the full weight of heaven's anointing, covenant blessing, and divine protection that comes with them.
The prophetic blessing operates on a principle most believers have never fully understood: whoever you receive, you receive what sent them. When a man or woman of God sent by the Lord is received in the name of a prophet, the spiritual forces, anointing, and divine rewards assigned to that vessel are released into your life — removing curses, reversing limitation, multiplying provision, elevating your standing among nations, and turning the weapons of your enemies back upon themselves.
Teaching Overview
- Number one is your off-carst grounds
- Number two — He's given you the due
- Number three — he has anointed you to overcome and to receive every single thing that the anointing can produce
- The first one is among the people you are with
- The second one is to the nations
Key Distinctions
| Receiving a Prophet | Receiving a Righteous Man | Receiving an Evil Man | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What flows to you | The prophet's reward — anointing, prophetic activation, and heaven's full covenant blessing | The gift of righteousness — God's goodness follows you | Evil forces and their consequences infiltrate your life |
| Spiritual forces involved | The backing of heaven; prophetic acceleration of God's word | The grace of righteousness | The forces pushing that person — demons that gain access through association |
| Effect on your life | Removes limitation, curses, and lack; elevates locally and internationally | Increases moral alignment and divine favour | Introduces problems that were never part of your life before |
| Biblical example | Jesus receiving John the Baptist's Elijah anointing to open heaven | Abraham's separation from Lot restoring covenant blessing | Lot's attraction to Sodom delaying Abraham's blessing |
| Sober Prayers | Drunk Prayers (Holy Spirit Intoxication) | |
|---|---|---|
| What governs the request | Your personal capacity and visible circumstances | The unlimited capacity of God |
| Typical prayer | "Lord, just pay my rent" | "Father, I want this. Father, I want that" — without reservation |
| Result | Modest, need-level faith petitions | Demands that exceed human limitation; faith placed on what God can actually do |
| Who operates this way | Believers filled with the Spirit but not yet drunk | Genuine prophets — always intoxicated |
| Blessing | Prayer | |
|---|---|---|
| Source of power | God Himself operating on autopilot | The believer's own petition |
| How it fights enemies | Multiplies whatever is thrown at the blessed person and sends it back | Does not automatically neutralise curses |
| Who initiates the defence | God — He knows the thoughts of enemies before they act | The believer must pray and declare |
| Scope | Local elevation and international recognition simultaneously | Situational and limited to what is asked |
| Local Elevation | International Elevation | |
|---|---|---|
| Sphere of influence | Among the people immediately around you | Nations — foreign leaders, kings, and governments seek you |
| Biblical type | David honoured among his own family and Israel | Solomon drawing queens and kings from distant nations |
| Can one exist without the other? | No — you cannot have one without the other | No — God gives both together under this prophetic blessing |
The Law of Reception: What You Receive, You Inherit
- Whatever vessel you receive, that vessel has been wired to deliver something unto you.
- Receiving a godly man causes God's goodness to follow you; receiving an evil man allows evil forces to flow into your life.
- The kind of person you open your doors to — even the doors of your heart — has the ability to either increase your life or completely hinder it.
"Whoever you receive, you're also receiving not just them, but you are receiving the forces, the forces, the forces that are pushing them."
"It does not matter how prayerful you are. Whoever you open your doors to, even the doors of your heart, has the ability to either increase your life or completely hinder your life or even destroy your life."
The Devil's Greatest Weapon Against Believers
- The devil's greatest device is to make you reject who God sends you.
- The quickest way to stop spiritual growth is to frustrate the grace assigned to transfer from a man or woman of God to you.
- Rejecting whom God has sent means also rejecting the virtues God has ordained for your life.
"The devil's greatest weapon is to convince a child of God filled with the spirit of God to reject whom God has sent to you."
"The danger is that if I reject whom God has sent, I have also rejected the virtues that God has ordained for me."
Wrong Associations Delay Divine Blessing
- Abraham delayed the fulfilment of God's covenant promises by bringing Lot, who carried the spirit of Sodom and Gomorrah.
- What people are attracted to reveals what they produce and what they want to produce.
- Some demonic forces do not possess a believer directly — they gain access through someone who has been received into that believer's life.
"What people are attracted to is what they produce."
"Sometimes the only way some demons leave your life is those people have to leave. Because those demons are not possessing you, but they have found access into your life through somebody that is in your life."
The Purpose of God's Vessels: Prophets as Channels
- Even Jesus did not shortcut the process — He needed the Elijah anointing carried by John the Baptist to open heaven over His ministry.
- Needing the grace of another vessel does not diminish you; it confirms you are the one being served and therefore the greater.
- A prophet is a channel to deliver something unto you — a facilitator of what God has already purposed for your life.
"A prophet is just a channel. Your man and woman of God is a channel to deliver something unto you."
"Somebody that was less than him carried something that he needed to lift him to another dimension. You needing graces does not mean you are less. On contrary, it means that you are the boss because you need a waiter."
The Prophet as Fertiliser: Activating the Word of God
- The prophet is the fertiliser to your life — when God drops a word, the prophet activates it and it flows with speed.
- The prophet does not produce the blessing; the prophet accelerates and flourishes what God has already given.
- Everything that has to do with prospering — the prosperity of the soul and of every dimension of life — is facilitated by the prophet of God.
"The prophet is the fatalizer to your life. And when God drops a word, the prophet activates it."
"Believe God and you shall be established. Believe his prophets and you shall prosper."
Kings Anointed by Prophets vs Kings Anointed by Priests
- The kings of Israel anointed by priests had no impact compared to the kings anointed by prophets.
- When a prophet anoints someone, that person also receives the prophetic mantle — Saul prophesied, David became both king and prophet.
- The person who receives a true prophet inherits the anointing the prophet carries, because lions do not give birth to cows.
"Whenever a prophet anointed somebody, he also gave them the prophetic Akku... That's why you see Saul being anointed — he was changed and became another man and he began to prophesy."
"Lions don't give birth to cows."
Fatness, Anointing, and the Removal of Limitation
- Fatness in Scripture is another word for anointing — the anointing is oil, it is fat, and it saturates what it touches.
- The anointing received through the prophetic blessing removes every limitation that was holding the believer back.
- Every virtue that the anointing can provoke on earth belongs to those who receive the prophet's reward.
"Another word for fatness is anointing. Every time you see anointing, anointing means fatness, because their anointing is fat. It's oil."
"Because they are anointing the fathness has come upon you, you can no longer be limited — limitation is gone."
The Holy Spirit's Intoxication and the Power of Drunk Faith
- The Holy Spirit does not only give power over devils and lead into all truth — the Holy Spirit also intoxicates the believer.
- When believers are drunk in the Spirit, they pray beyond their own capacity and make demands of heaven they would never make in sober-minded faith.
- Genuine prophets are always intoxicated — this is what enables them to call things that are not as though they are.
"The Holy Spirit also intoxicates you."
"When you're sober, you pray to God based on your capacity... But when you're drunk — Are you not God? Are you not Jehovah? Father, I want this. Father, I want that. And you do it without reservation because you are under the..."
"Genuine prophets are always intoxicated."
The True Gospel: Blessing, Provision, and Inheritance
- There is no such thing as a prosperity gospel — there is only the gospel, and the gospel is good news.
- The blessing of God removes struggle; spiritual fulfilment was never meant to coexist with hungry children and lack of inheritance.
- A good father leaves an inheritance for his children's children — if a believer cannot leave an inheritance, they have not yet arrived where God intends.
"What is the point of being spiritually fulfilled and your children are sleeping hungry?"
"The blessing of God removes struggle."
"Don't listen to people who want to give you a form of godliness, but there is no power behind it. It's deception."
The Blessing of Corn: Abundance in Every Season
- Corn represents what can be sustained and stored through any season — it is the promise that money will never run dry in the house of the blessed.
- Corn also represents the power to sow in seasons when others cannot, because it can be planted at any season and multiplies abundantly.
- When the whole world is running dry, those operating under this prophetic blessing will never see lack.
"Corn just does not just represent what can be sustained through any season. It also represents the power to sow in seasons that others cannot."
From Serving to Being Served: Elevation and Legacy
- The prophetic blessing removes the believer from a lifetime of serving others and positions them to be the one served.
- The years spent serving were never wasted — they were the training ground, and now God lifts the believer to pioneer, lead, and produce.
- David was forgotten in the fields serving his family; when the prophet came, the entire nation — including his own family — began to serve him.
"All your life you've been serving people. That is not your destiny. That was your training ground... now God is lifting you to pioneer, to be an entrepreneur, to produce, that others will serve thee."
The Blessing Is on Autopilot: Divine Protection Against Enemies
- It is the blessing — not prayer — that is the first line of attack against everyone who rises against the believer.
- The blessing of God does not merely cancel curses — it multiplies them, packages them, and sends them back to their source.
- God Himself is on the front line; He knows the thoughts of every enemy before they act and has already prepared their return address.
"The blessing of God is on autopilot. It fights whoever fights you. It blesses whoever blesses you."
"The blessing is dangerous. Because whatever you throw at a blessed man, a blessed woman, a blessed child, the blessing does not just cancel it. No, it takes it back. You sent this, it multiplies it, packages it well and sends it back."
Key Definitions
Prophet's Reward — The spiritual inheritance, anointing, blessings, and divine favour that flow to any person who receives a true prophet in the name of a prophet; it encompasses removal of curses, supernatural provision, prophetic activation, elevation, and divine protection.
Fatness — Another word for anointing; the oil-like spiritual substance that saturates the believer and enables them to overcome limitation and receive every virtue the anointing can produce on earth.
Fertiliser (Prophet as Fertiliser) — The prophetic function of accelerating and flourishing what God has already spoken over a life; the prophet does not create the blessing but activates it so it grows with speed.
Intoxication of the Holy Spirit — The state of being drunk in the Holy Ghost, in which the believer prays and declares beyond their natural capacity, placing demands on heaven that sober-minded faith would never attempt.
Cursed Ground — Spiritual terrain in which God's blessing cannot increase a person; a condition of difficulty, fruitlessness, and hard labour that the prophetic blessing reverses.
The Due of Heaven — What heaven owes the believer; the divine opportunities, open doors, rain, and activation that God releases in response to the prophetic word.
Key Takeaways
- Whoever you receive, you receive the forces that sent them — this means every association in your life is a spiritual transaction, either importing increase or importing destruction.
- The devil's primary strategy is to make you reject who God sends — breaking this device requires seeing your man or woman of God through the eyes of the Spirit, not through familiarity.
- The prophetic anointing removes limitation and multiplies provision — the blessing is not passive; it is on autopilot, fighting your enemies and multiplying your increase without requiring your constant intervention.
- God intends both local and international elevation — you are not called to be great only in your neighbourhood; nations are assigned to come and find solutions through you.
- The blessing fights your battles more powerfully than your prayer alone — what is sent against a blessed person is multiplied and returned to its source, because God Himself is your defence.
Reflection Questions
- Who are you currently receiving into your life — and when you examine the forces behind them, what has actually entered your life through that association?
- Has familiarity with your man or woman of God caused you to receive them as a personality rather than as a prophet — and what prophetic rewards may you have forfeited because of it?
- In your prayer life, are you praying from your own capacity or from God's capacity? What would you ask for if you were truly drunk in the Holy Spirit with no reservation?
- You have been told your years of serving others were not your destiny but your training ground — what is God now calling you to pioneer, lead, or produce, and what is holding you back from stepping into it?
- If the blessing is already on autopilot to fight your battles, what would change in how you respond to opposition, betrayal, or attack if you truly believed this?
